Well, I listened to a lot of music today. I was exhausted after an early start. Tilly was as good as gold. She’s so happy in the morning… lol

Well, I started listening to a podcast with Simon Critchley on Heidegger’s Being and Time. Perhaps later in the morning I’ll listen to it again.

Today I was armed with my Tourmaline Mala. The 8mm beads feel the right size. I’ve been meaning to start a morning practice… perhaps I’ll reach out to a few people. At the time I thought it’d be weird to sit and listen to mantras etc, not knowing what it’s all about. I guess I’ve softened over time… there’s so much to learn, but it’s fine to start with a little knowledge…
